Welcome To Greenpark Mortgage Corp. and David Gaffin's Website

I have been helping clients with the financial needs for over a decade.  New laws require that loan originators be licensed nationally and in the state in which that wish to do business.  To get licensed, originators must be vetted by National and State regulators and must meet credit score and credit worthiness standards and pass National and State Exams.  I have passed my National Test and State exams for 5 different states.  In addition, I have a fiduciary requirement by law to ensure that I keep my borrower's best interests in mind when reviewing and recommending any product or program. I am currently licensed in MA, NH and FL and have pending licenses in VT and MS. Let my expertise work for you.
BTW, loan officers who work for the big banks, do not need to pass any tests and have no legal requirements.
At Greenpark Mortgage Corp we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and care. We want to know you by name, not your loan number. This philosophy means we treat you as a partner in the process, keeping you well informed.

Greenpark Mortgage is a direct lender that uses their own funds to close loans. This in conjunction with local processing, underwriting and closing departments, enables the process to be simplified. “Our dedication to these practices has allowed us to withstand the current financial and economic climate; while many mortgage companies have closed their doors, we have expanded our credit lines and opened new offices,” said Paul Gershkowitz, president of Greenpark Mortgage. Greenpark currently has offices in Needham, Franklin, Quincy and Westborough and now Methuen. They are licensed in the states of MA, NH, ME, VT, CT and FL.
